If in the rare event you are unsatisfied with a product, please email us at info@paigekayla.com within 14 days of purchase with your order information and details for return. We do not accept returns for used products, products must be 80% in tact and reasoning for return must be stated in writing. If a product is damaged, please email us ASAP at info@paigekayla.com so we can fix any issues.
